CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 24 -- The West Virginia Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chairwoman Belinda Biafore on the no vote by Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, to re-open the government:
"18,000 federal workers in West Virginia missed their 2nd pay check today and Senator Shelley Moore Capito's "NO" vote keeps them out of work or working with no pay even longer.
