AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 23 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document:
Today, the Texas Democratic Party announced that Executive Director Crystal K. Perkins will transition to a senior advisor role with the state party. Next month, Deputy Executive Director Manny Garcia will be promoted to lead the state party as executive director.
