MADISON, Wisconsin, Jan. 17 -- The Wisconsin Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Martha Laning on news that a federal judge has struck down early-voting restrictions passed by Republicans and signed into law by Gov. Scott Walker during December's lame-duck session.
