AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 10 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document:
As opposition continues to grow against the Trump Shutdown, the Republican President is making a desperate attempt to manufacture a crisis on the border with a visit to the Rio Grande Valley.
A majority of Americans oppose the government shutdown and now Trump is losing support within his own party.
In addition, despite Trump's Wall being highly unpopular in Texas . . .
