WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 -- Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona, issued the following statement:
Today, House Democrats took the first step in protecting the Affordable Care Act by passing a resolution that will allow them to intervene in the Texas v. U.S. lawsuit that effectively dismantles the Affordable Care Act. In response, Rep. Grijalva issued the following statement:
"Access to health care is a matter of life and death, and I am proud to support one of the first actions . . .
