HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Dec. 17 -- Gov. Tom Wolf, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news:
Governor Tom Wolf has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags on the Capitol Complex, at all Commonwealth facilities, and all public buildings and grounds throughout the commonwealth to fly at half-staff to honor Army Pfc. Joshua Mikeasky, 19, of Johnstown, who died Thursday at Bagram Air Field in Afghanistan.
The United States and Commonwealth flags shall be lowered . . .
