COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 15 -- The Ohio Democratic Party issued the following statement:
The Ohio Democratic Party released the following statement from Chairman David Pepper in response to last evening's ruling by a Texas judge that puts health coverage in jeopardy for millions of Ohioans:
"Over the past two years, Ohioans have been standing up and speaking out to demand that elected officials protect their health care, as Republicans have launched one attack aft . . .
