WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- Rep. Raul M. Grijalva, D-Arizona, issued the following statement:

Yesterday, the House of Representatives voted to block debate on a War Powers Resolution that would end the U.S. military support for the War in Yemen. Rep. Grijalva was not on the floor to vote.
"Unfortunately, I was not present on the floor of the House of Representatives at the time of the vote due to a miscommunication about the number of votes in the ser . . .
