HARTFORD, Connecticut, Dec. 13 -- Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he is directing U.S. and State of Connecticut flags to remain flying at half-staff on Friday, December 14, 2018, in remembrance of the 20 children and 6 adults who were killed six years ago in the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown.
Flags are also currently flying at half-staff for a 30-day period in ho . . .
