WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following floor statement ahead of a vote on his resolution with Sen. Jon Tester, D-Montana, to overturn a Treasury ruling that shields the identities of dark money donors from U.S. tax authorities:
