MADISON, Wisconsin, Dec. 10 -- The Wisconsin Senate Democrats issued the following news release:
State Senator Chris Larson, D-Milwaukee, released the following opinion editorial on the transition of power and the unprecedented measures taken by Republicans to limit the power of the offices of Governor.
"We just had an election wherein the outcome was clear, the people of Wisconsin sought change and elected a new Governor. Now should be a time of peaceful transitio . . .
