AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 6 -- The Texas Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:
Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller today called on Congress to lift the almost century-old federal ban on hemp production in the United States. The provision is included in the new 2018 Farm Bill before Congress.
