GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico, Dec. 4 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
FEMA's Helpline will remain open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. during the national day of mourning in observance of the passing of President George H.W. Bush.
Disaster survivors whose homes were affected by hurricanes Irma and Maria can get updates on their applications, learn about the appeals process or check the status . . .
