CHEYENNE, Wyoming, Dec. 4 -- Gov. Matthew Mead, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release:
Governor Matt Mead is encouraging Wyoming citizens to join with the rest of the nation in honoring former President George H.W. Bush with a "Day of Mourning" on Wednesday, December 5.
The President has issued a proclamation designating December 5 as a National Day of Mourning. The proclamation calls "on the American people to assemble on that day in their respect . . .
