FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Dec. 4 -- Gov. Matt Bevin, R-Kentucky, issued the following news:
Gov. Matt Bevin has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, in honor of a Kentucky serviceman who was killed in action during the Korean War but whose remains were only recently identified.
Army Pvt. Robert J. Sipes, Jr., 19, died on Nov. 30, 1950, was accounted for on Oct. 23, 2018, and will be buried in his hometown of I . . .
