WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wisconsin, issued the following news release:

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI), Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) today announced that the late President George H.W. Bush will lie in state in the United States Capitol Rotunda.

A bicameral arrival ceremony will be held for President Bush on Monday, December 3 at 5:00 . . .
