DES MOINES, Iowa, Dec. 1 -- Gov. Kim Reynolds, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Gov. Kim Reynolds ordered flags at half-staff effective immediately and continuing for 30 days to honor former President George H.W. Bush.
