FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Dec. 1 -- Gov. Matt Bevin, R-Kentucky, issued the following news:
In accordance with the proclamation by President Donald J. Trump, both American and state flags at public office buildings are lowered to half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on Dec. 30, 2018, to honor President George H.W. Bush, who passed away Friday evening.
