ALBANY, New York, Dec. 2 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo directed that the lights of One World Trade Center's 408-foot spire be lit in red, white and blue this evening, December 2, in honor of President George H. W. Bush.
