CONCORD, New Hampshire, Nov. 15 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Party Chairman Wayne MacDonald on the House Democrat Caucus recommending failed 2016 gubernatorial candidate Colin Van Ostern to be New Hampshire's Secretary of State:
