CONCORD, New Hampshire, Nov. 4 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman Wayne MacDonald:

Molly Kelly's taxes and fees are no friend to New Hampshire's LLCs. In 2009, Molly Kelly voted in favor of a new tax on LLCs - and she voted in favor of the tax before the language had even been written[1].
