ATLANTA, Georgia, Nov. 3 -- The Georgia Democratic Party issued the following statement by Executive Director Rebecca DeHart on Secretary of State Brian Kemp's defeat in court:
"Another day, another major defeat for Brian Kemp's voter suppression efforts.
