WESTBROOK, Maine, Nov. 2 -- The Maine Democratic Party Chairman Phil Bartlett issued the following statement on the gubernatorial candidate debate:
"Janet Mills demonstrated to Mainers that she is the best, most-qualified candidate in this race--just as she's done every day of this campaign.
