DETROIT, Michigan, Nov. 1 -- Ex-State Sen. Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat running for Michigan Governor, issued the following campaign news release:
Today the Whitmer for Governor campaign began airing a radio ad featuring former President Barack Obama. The 60-second ad focuses on Whitmer's work as Senate Democratic Leader to expand Medicaid to more than 680,000 Michiganders and her plans to clean up our drinking water and improve education and skills training.
