WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- The Federal Executive Institute, a part of the Office of Personnel Management, issued the following news release:
To honor 50 years of educating and developing leaders within the civil service, the Federal Executive Institute (FEI) hosted an anniversary celebration on its campus in Charlottesville, Va., on Oct. 17.
