AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 29 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document:
Yesterday, Axios posed a direct question to embattled Republicans, including Texas Republican Congressman John Culberson, about the Texas lawsuit that would gut protections for people with pre-existing conditions.
Only one Republican responded, and it wasn't Congressman Culberson. Texans are still waiting for Congressman Culberson to stand up and fight for their healthcare.
