LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 25 -- The Michigan Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Gretchen Whitmer soundly defeated Bill Schuette tonight, bringing her record in gubernatorial debates against Schuette to 2-0 by focusing on solutions for working families.
In particular, Bill Schuette once again failed to offer a viable solution to fix Michigan's crumbling roads and desperately ran from his record of ignoring water complaints from Flint.
