HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Oct. 16 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chairwoman Nancy Patton Mills in response to the state GOP's lawsuit:
"The PA GOP knows what is obvious to the rest of us -- that their candidate is losing a seat they are desperately trying to cling on to.
