HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Oct. 15 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following statement by spokesman Brendan Welch on reports that a Brian Fitzpatrick campaign staffer was paid to be a Bucks County Courier Times reporter to film off-topic questions with Scott Wallace for use in Washington Republican ads and hit pieces:
