CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 15 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following news:
When you put your boat away for the winter this year, make sure to take extra care. Thanks to Molly Kelly, transferring your registration to a new vessel will cost you a boatload of money. In 2007, Molly Kelly voted to increase the vessel transfer fee by over 233 percent (1).
