Republican Christine Barnes, who's running in the open 71st House District, has a long history of fiscal irresponsibility that shows taxpayers can't trust her.
Barnes, an Eaton County commissioner, has two bankruptcies, filed in 1998 and 2008, Pennsylvania court records show. She was also delinquent on her property taxes in both 2014 and 2017, Eaton County Treasurer . . .
