COLUMBIA, Missouri, Oct. 10 -- The Democratic Party of Missouri issued the following news release:

Today, the U.S. Senate is planning to vote on a resolution that would overturn the Administration's decision to expand short term, junk health insurance plans. These plans cover fewer services and bypass rules that prevent insurers from refusing to cover those with pre-existing conditions and charging higher prices to women and older people.
