CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 9 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following news:
Thanks to Molly Kelly, maintaining waterways, marshes, and swamp lands became a whole lot more expensive for cities and towns - and New Hampshire taxpayers - in 2007. In 2007, Molly Kelly voted to increase the dredge and fill application fee by 100 percent(1).
