HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Oct. 9 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following news:
In a bizarre email sent out over the weekend, Scott Wagner claimed that Republicans want him to lose and are working behind the scenes to defeat him in November. Wagner then went on to say that he is "tapped out" and will not be putting any more of his own money into his campaign because he doesn't need this job.
