CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 8 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following news:
Molly Kelly wants to make it a whole lot harder for you to keep your head above water - literally. In 2008, Molly Kelly voted to raise the annual dam registration fee by 150 percent on New Hampshire's most high hazard dams(1).
