HARTFORD, Connecticut, Oct. 6 -- Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, D-Connecticut, issued the following statements with Connecticut Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman on the final vote confirming the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court:
