WESTBROOK, Maine, Oct. 5 -- The Maine Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chairman Phil Bartlett after Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, announced her support for Judge Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court:
