CARSON CITY, Nevada, Oct. 4 -- The Nevada Democratic Party issued the following joint statement by Chairman William McCurdy II, National Committeewoman Regent Allison Stephens and National Committeeman Alex Goff on Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt after the Reno Gazette-Journal reported that he was arrested for assaulting a police officer:
