Today, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party is calling on Rep. Daryl Metcalfe to hold a committee vote on Rep. Scott Conklin's bill that would require candidates for political office to release their tax returns. House Bill 2623 would amend the Pennsylvania Election Code to require candidates for certain state and federal offices to submit copies of their federal tax returns and a writ . . .
