When Attorney General Jeff Sessions held a meeting of state attorneys general in Washington DC to discuss big tech companies on Tuesday, there was one notable absence: Josh Hawley. Hawley made the trip to DC on Tuesday for a series of closed door fundraisers with Mitch McConnell and his elite GOP allies, but mysteriously decided to skip the attorneys general meeting.
