CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 26 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following news:

She's taxed your lakes, she's taxed your boats -- she's even taxed the lobster industry -- and now Molly Kelly is taxing you for saltwater fishing too. In 2009, Molly Kelly voted in favor of a new saltwater fishing license(1). Just two years after Molly Kelly's fishing tax, the total number of anglers in New Hampshire had dropped by a dramatic 15 percent(2).
