AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 22 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following statement Chair Gilberto Hinojosa at the conclusion of the first debate for Texas's Senate seat:
"Tonight, we all saw the Beto that Texas Democrats know and love, a genuine and unapologetic public servant who is dedicated to fighting for the fair shot Texans deserve.
