Molly Kelly took the wind out of your sails yet again. In 2009, Kelly voted to increase boat registration fees by 100%(1). Usually, a rising tide lifts all boats - but Molly Kelly's rising tide of taxes and fees does nothing of the sort. Instead Kelly has repeatedly voted to push Granite Staters overboard in favor of new taxes.
