CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 21 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following news:
When it comes to Molly Kelly and taxes, there's only one thing that's certain: everything is on the table. In 2009, Molly Kelly voted to enact a 10% tax on any and all gambling winnings[1]. To ensure that no good fortune went untaxed, Molly Kelly's vote required that New Hampshire residents who win money, even while out of state, pay a tax on their prizes.
