There are few New England traditions more tried and tested than the seafood industry, yet Molly Kelly found a new fee to hit the industry with. Despite the fact that the amount paid to lobsterman at the docks hit a 20-year-low in 2009(1), Molly Kelly turned a blind eye to plummeting profit margins for fishers, and instead reached for their wallets, voting in favor of a new $50 and $500 . . .
