NEW YORK, Sept. 7 -- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association issued the following news release:
The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association's (CIAA) 2017 Offensive Football Player of the Year, Trent Cannon, has been selected to the New York Jets' 53-man regular season roster.
Upon the National Football League's (NFL) September 1 roster deadline, Trent Cannon has been listed on Jets first official depth chart as second string at both kick returner and punt . . .
