BOISE, Idaho, Sept. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service Idaho office issued the following news release:
Farmers in the Marysville Pipeline Phase III project area are eligible for special funding for irrigation practices through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program.
