URBANA, Illinois, Sept. 7 -- Rep. Rodney Davis, R-Illinois, issued the following statement after attending President Obama's speech at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign:
The University of Illinois announced last week that former President Barack Obama will be this year's recipient of the Paul H. Douglas Award for Ethics in Government.
