U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) today announced that he will attend former President Obama's visit to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign tomorrow. The University of Illinois announced last week that former President Barack Obama will be this year's recipient of the Paul H. Douglas Award for Ethics in Government.
