NEW YORK, Sept. 7 -- Bend the Arc Jewish Action issued the following statement by CEO Stosh Cotler on the Trump administration's announcement of a rulemaking attempting to circumvent the Flores legal settlement, which prevents the indefinite detention of immigrant children and families:
